Sketchbook
Most tracks start on paper. Before the patch, before the sample, there's a shape — a geometry of what the track should feel like. Sometimes the shape becomes a track. Often it stays a shape.
This is the full sketchbook, not curated. You'll find finished pieces, abandoned attempts, margin notes, and things I can't remember drawing.

What these are, what they are not.
Most of these drawings are made on the same three paper formats — a Moleskine with hard cover, a stack of A5 mixed-media paper, and sometimes the back of a print that was not supposed to be anything. Tools: whichever pen is within reach. Usually a Rotring isograph, sometimes a brush pen, sometimes graphite.
They're not storyboards for music videos. They're not album artwork drafts. They're thinking — the kind that doesn't work in language and doesn't yet work in sound. Somewhere between those two states.
I publish them here because the gap between sketch and track is where the project actually lives. If you only see the finished music, you see maybe 10% of what ShiShi is.
